B&W is one of the largest UK online flower delivery brands, and of the pioneers of letterbox flowers delivery method.
We joined their Google Ads account in 2022, when following the end of Covid lockdown, the business focus was shifting from growth to efficiency.
With our team’s efforts, we managed to achieve very good CAC, allowing the brand to return to sustainable growth by early 2024, and earning us enough trust with the client to expand our services to their DE, NL and BE accounts, across both Google and Meta.
This was mostly achieved with a lot of high-attention, well-executed optimisations, regular proactive recommendations and transparent communication.

A high-end, functional bags and backpacks brand, focused on the UK market, expanding to the US and EU.
Our team managed to improve the efficiency of their Meta and Google channels in the UK, successfully launched performance campaigns in the US following a period of running reach campaigns targeting the states with best expected results on Meta to generate awareness and hype among the relevant audience. We also began laying the groundworks on the EU campaigns, on a limited budget.

While they had a paid media presence before, it was small and very inefficient, and our agency was effectively building out campaigns from scratch.

Despite high ratings and being a part of the easy group of brands they were struggling with brand awareness and they were unable to get Meta channel to work for them, due to a lot of wasted spend going towards users without eSIM compatible devices, and with Meta limiting manual targeting options..
By trialing different best practice approaches I was able to not only meet their overall CAC target, previously thought unattainable on Meta, but also surpass the performance of Google Ads, at a larger scale, while reaching more new-to-brand users.
